I am trying to generate a report from a Genomap.

I have looked at the tutorial, selected an individual, selected the EN Narrative Report, and clicked generate, but I do not get the HTML report that the example in the video depicts.

I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

Can someone help?

Please select and copy the text from the Report Log area and paste it here on the forum. This may give us some clue as to what is happening.
