Our agency purchased GenoPro. I created an account a number of years ago with an email address that is no longer used. The program opens automatically on the computer that the program was originally installed on. We are needing the Registration Key for that account so that I may download and use it on my laptop. Thank You

If you can open GenoPro it is possible you can see the Registration details from the Help menu - open the tab About GenoPro

I have an older windows 95/98/Me/XP version purchased as a single CD disk. It doesn't have a registration key printed anywhere on it. I could send a pic of it as proof, but any way to upgrade without the reg key number? There's a number in the bar code (7119602821) but i doubt that's the reg key. I have downloaded the 2018 version with a temp evaluation key and would like to purchase the upgrade.

Dear Paul, GenoPro never sold any CDs, however we have a few magazines who requested permission to bundle GenoPro in a CD. We never distributed any keys to those magazines because it was too complicated to keep track of them.

Hello. I had to redownload GenoPro on my computer. He's asking me for the registry key, but I don't have it. I select the option "I bought GenoPro, however I lost my registration key", but when I type my email it does not recognize it. I also read in the forum that it could be obtained on this link http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx but does not show me the registration key. I bought it on February 6, 2021. My email is co.gomez.rubio@gmail.com Please, I need the registry key!!!
Hola. Tuve que volver a descargar GenoPro en mi ordenador. Me solicita la clave de registro, pero no la tengo. Selecciono la opción "Compré GenoPro, sin embargo perdí mi clave de registro", pero al colocar mi correo electrónico no me lo reconoce. También leí en el foro que se podía obtener en este link http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx pero no me muestra la clave de registro. Lo compré el 6 de febrero del 2021. When you visit http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx you either have to log in or you see a page with lots of information. If that appears then scroll down to the box Registration Key and click on Manage to see the key.You need to be logged in for this to work

Your profile contains 3 emails:
 If you have access to any of those emails, you will receive your key. Just use the Registration Wizard to request a free evaluation key. If your account has a valid key, the server will return your purchased key instead of an evaluation key.

Please can you help me recover/re set up my company's Genopro software. I work for a not-for-profit health and community services provider in Brisbane, Australia. Our family support teams have lost access to Genopro and I need to find the original licence key information and installation instructions to reinstall the software. We cannot locate the licence details, because the licence was purchased some time ago and the staff members involved have left the organisation.
