I would like to give GenoPro a try and have attempted to obtain a free trial but nothing happens. When I click on obtain free registration key it takes me to a download. After saving it I am then told I don't have permissions to write to the software.
Please explain, step by step, how I may use a free trial of your software.
This is a hard choice for me because I have been with another software over 20 years but it will not allow me to print my entire family tree (including unrelated individuals).

My apologies. I figured out that I had to right click and run as administrator. So very sorry!!!
Hope it fits my needs!
