I have GenoPro verson 1.99. I retained this older version due to its ability to automatically generate the report in MS Word, which I then cut and paste to my desktop publishing software. Anyway, the Comment box seems to have reached its limit and will not accept any more text. I would like to know how many characters it is limited to, and why? Also, is a Geno Pro file limited space-wise. Could that be the problem? I have thousands of individuals on my family tree, and within each individual's biography, a lot of material that might be maxing it out. With what limitations was the program designed??

As far as I am aware there is no restriction. I just pasted 1 million characters into a comment box in GenoPro 2016. If you cannot type comments, maybe the .gno file is read-only. You may remove the Read-Only Protection (located at the bottom of the Edit menu)
