I am in the social services field and I create genograms for each client. I am using GenoPro 2016. Is there any way to show that two siblings had a baby together? In other words, the mother and father of child X are brother and sister-----

I know this is unusual family system, but in social services, yo use all types of family systems. I couldn't find anything on this when I searched the topic.

Any ideas?

On the display select one sibling; right click and select 'Link as Mate'; select sibling. This will create a family line and you can add the child here.
