Hello I added a picture (photograph) to a person and added all information to the picture I had, eg. date, when taken, where taken, who are in the picture, etc.. I wanted to add this same picture to all persons in this picture BUT when added this picture to a different persons, information about picture eg. date, where taken, who are in the picture, etc. were not included? What do I wrong? I suppose it is not meant that information from one particular picture are entered separately/repeateadly to all persons that this picture is attached to? BR, Jarmo

If you want to have the same picture with all the details entered, you have to pick this picture instead of selecting a new one.

Hi Thanks for your kind and quick answer. I'm just wondering did you mean following steps; 1. New -button 2. Select -button 3. Pick -check box 4. Pick -button? In spite of that windows shows that I've got a particular picture in a folder it is not shown on selectable pictures? Should I re-start GenoPro or what is the correct procedure the newly added picture? I've got several hundred pictures. Is it possible to find a certain picture (I know the name, date, path, etc.) with a name or with some other "search" string? BR, Jarmo

From an individual Picture tab(window) select the pick.. tab as shown:
