Hi
We have upgraded Paris application to latest level and have installed Genopro 2011 (2.5.4.1) on our new Citrix Environment for users to use in integrated Paris Client. It is working for existing files (Update existing genogram option) that have been created in Genopro but when clicking on the Create new genorgram it is not doing anything when you lick on this. I have attached a screen print. Is anyone able to help me with this query please
