I made a few incremental changes to my tree, and then exited the program.
The next time I ran the program, I get the following message and I can't open the .gno file. Error at line 948263: The closing element </TYpe> does not match its opening element <Type> from line 948263 Seems like an easy fix if I could open the .gno file and edit. Any help? Thanks.

A GenoPro .gno file is essentially a zip file with a single Data.xml. Use something like 7-Zip (or rename as .zip and use Windows built-in unzip) to extract Data.xml and edit it.
You can open the edited Data.xml with GenoPro directly without needing to zip it up again.

Feel free to send the .gno file to support at genopro dot com and I will take a look at it.
