Can you let me know how you can add more medical conditions for genograms?

A user cannot add new medical conditions but you can edit the labels of the existing ones to re-assign them, See support.genopro.com/Topic27237.aspx

Would I need to buy GenproX to get the health conditions?

GenoProX is not available at the present time.
Here is a easier solution for GenoPro 2018 Download the attached file, Conditions.xml, see below. This file has entries for all 15 GenoPro Addiction/Medical conditions, but labelled as Condition 1 through Condition 15. If you have a 64bit version of Windows, save the file in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\GenoPro\Lang
otherwise save in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\GenoPro\Lang
where username is your Windows Username
Use Notepad to edit this file to rename the Conditions as you require. e.g. change line <Item ID="MedicalConditionCancer" S="Individual has condition 6" T="Condition 6"/> to <Item ID="MedicalConditionCancer" S="Individual has Malaria" T="Malaria"/> Open GenoPro and your .gno file. Click the Language entry on the GenoPro Menu bar and choose Conditions/* and click OK The conditions will then be shown with your chosen text.
