I have just purchased this program and whenever I try to save a file, the program closes.  Please provide instruction on how to save.

Have you entered your registration key into GenoPro,?
If not you cannot save genograms with more than 25 people.
To check if you have entered your registration key, run GenoPro and look at the Help tab, About GenoPro;  this will show your registration key if you have previously entered it.
If not, cut and paste your registration key into the box.

Hello Martin I am having the samew issue and yes I have put in my registration key. Mainly it says it cannot find the file I am trying to save. Suggestions?
