Hello,

I followed instructions to do this at Youtube today, have used Wine before, and everything worked including buying a key via the app itself.

However, I keep getting a nag about the reg key I just bought being out of date and prompted to upgrade. Saving isn't working. I'm not sure about manually upgrading after installing with Wine. Could I have a temp key please or any advice? I've been working on a Genogram for several hours for grad school and paranoid it will all be lost. :-0

Thanks for the help!

To run GenoPro on your Mac, I would recommend CrossOver:

If you follow the 3 steps at https://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/crossover/genopro it will work.

The best way to recover your GenoPro account is to install GenoPro 2020 and use the Account Recovery: https://genopro.com/registration/account-recovery/

You enter your old email address, your new email address. For security purpose, we ask you to provide some details about your account.

A useful way to move your data is to use Genopro online backup. This also has the advantage of preserving the data ( apart from images ) which need transferring separately.
