I bought GenoPro today but was very disappointed in finding out a couple of things: * without Internet Explorer (I tried Firefox and Chromium on linux) I was not able to click "Checkout with PayPal". This is just unacceptable in 2019 especially because many people, including me, do not use Windows anymore * please configure https on "support.genopro.com" and alla related subdomains. If forced the entire forum breaks down and this is also not good, considering that I login with my account password * it is not very clear where I'm supposed to recover my key in case I lost it I honestly really like this software and have had a very nice experience with the devs, so I hope that my complaint is listened.

First of all, we are very sorry for the problems you had. Thank you very much for letting us know with very useful details. This is the first we hear about these issue, I guess we just don't have that many people trying to purchase GenoPro while running on Linux. I will personally look into both issue and let you know when they are resolved. |
