1. Try re-installing GenoPro 2019 with the
Administrator privileges. Right-click on the file InstallGenoPro.exe and select the menu item
Run As Administrator. Without admin privileges, it is possible the installer does not have sufficient privileges to modify the registry to associate the .gno extension to the application GenoPro.
2. When you double-click on a .gno file, there is an option to associate another application. You may have to manually locate GenoPro which is usually located into C:\Program Files (x86)\GenoPro. If not, right-click on your .gno file and select the menu item
Open With and then select
Choose Default Program.
