I just received approval for the academic evaluation period, but I lost the message with the student code. I have a previous account that expired in 2012. Can my students use the expired code, or how do I get the new code?

Your academic referrer ID (joe.wilmoth) is valid for your lifetime. When a student is requesting an academic evaluation key, he/she has to select the second option (I want to request a free academic evaluation key). The student enter your referrer ID or your email address and he/she will receive a fresh academic key valid for 6 months per year.

I am a new college instructor and trying to get an academic key for myself and my students for a project. When I use the online form I receive an error page. Please advise.
