Hi,

Is it possible to select the kinds of errors or to delete some (like "The display order of children does not match their date of births") in the process of potential problems.

In GenoPro 2020, there is no way to customize the Problem Spotter.  For GenoProX, you will be able to ignore a specific error, or an entire class of errors, like ignoring all display order of children.

When I try to publish my genealogy to the GenoPro website, I get THIS message:

Publishing report to https://familytrees.genopro.com/Thomas A. Adler/Adler/
  Connecting to server familytrees.genopro.com...
The username or email you provided is not found in the database.  Please try a different email address.

GenoPro seems to think my EMAIL address is "Thomas A. Adler," but it's not.  I can log in with my real email address, but don't know why the Report generator thinks my email address is actually my NAME.

Not sure how you have your email address as your user id. I think your user number is 1645340 so try

Also you can change your user id to a username at http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx  Just put your desired username in the username field at the top (BanjoTom ?) and click the Update button
