How can I see a timeline of all the events of a particular person? Is there a way to create an event like a vacation or other kind of special event?

Timelines for individuals are displayed on the individuals page in the Narrative Report.
GenoPro 2020 does not directly support additional events but there is a work-around I devised some years back. see http://support.genopro.com/Topic32115.aspx . So if you set an occupation title to say |EVEN|was|on vacation together with place and dates then this will be reported on the timeline and under the 'Attributes & Events' subsection on the individuals page in the Narrative Report.

That was very helpful, thanks. Is there a better tool out there that can show relationship information as well as an individuals timeline?

Nothing else as far as I am aware. What would you like to see? Perhaps just the individual's single page as per the Narrative Report?

Is there a way to include timelines in the actual genomap, instead of just on the generated Narrative report?
I'd like to be able to print a Genomap and see a family's timeline (or multiple families' timelines). I'd prefer to see a timeline for a nuclear family (or selected individuals), instead of everyone on a Genomap at once (unless that's what I select). Thanks!

The only way I see at present of adding a timeline to a printed GenoMap is to grab the timeline image from a Narrative Report page and add it to the .gno as say a Label object with a picture.
But I thinkit would be difficult to render this well on a printed page.
