If you open the properties menu of an individual there is a tab 'Hyperlink' If you open this tab there is a box 'External Hyperlink' where you can paste links. As somebody who avoids Facebook etc I do not know what needs to go there but try it out

I suggest you use Contact details. You can have multiple entries and use Home Page for the URL. Can also set Occupancy to Social Media site name. e.g.
The links can be accessed from both GenoPro.exe and a published Narrative Report: |

I add emails and Facebook pages to Contacts as well, but I like how you specify the social media platform in the Occupancy Place. I had labelled the Occupancy Place as Internet, but obviously that can't handle all the social media platforms out there.
Is there a way to change the auto-generated text for these cases? I'm sure we could come up with something better than "He lives on FaceBook." "He has a presence on Facebook, and the link to his account is: ___" "He has an account on Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn ..." "He has a Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn account ...."

I did consider using social media icons instead of text but I have yet to find a set of icons royalty and attribution free that could be legally distributed with GenoPro but there are some for personal use only. Perhaps change Occupancy Place to have @ prefix e.g. @FaceBook to as a trigger to use icon instead. Icon could be the primary picture of the Contact that the user would need to have available.
I'll see if I can come up with something.

I like the @ prefix.
Would there be any way to include a small series of icons on the genomap to indicate if we have: - a mailing address - landline - mobile phone - email - Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc - a web page or do you think it would start getting too busy? Clicking on the associated Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter icon would take you to their page(s). Clicking the Genomap icon would take you to internal hyperlinks.
