New user - need to trace ADHD separate from other psych conditions

I'm evaluating your software and need to tag members of my tree with ADHD in the same way I would tag for depression or cancer. I do not need to include detailed information for the condition. I've read through the Custom Tag information and tried adding one to the Medical History tab, but this doesn't seem to get me to a place where I can include just a Yes/No option.

Please note that I have ADHD along with dyslexia, so I could have easily missed some straight forward directions. (In fact, it would also be good to trace dyslexia and color blindness.) Where am I going wrong?
