Hello, I used to run Genopro on a lap-top which has now broken and cannot be repaired. I had backed up my Genopro files and family history documents on an external drive.I have the Genopro application ver 2.5.4.0. to install and I have my install key starting with 85N and ending goldenkey-invoice-5257. When I try to enter the install key it reports it is not useable. Do I have to repurchase Genopro? |

Two things that occur to me; goldenkeys were earlier versions but not sure when the new format started. If you open the gno file using a zip program it will confirm it is 2.54 You get that program from https://genopro.com/archives/If you can log in as a Customer you can check the install key. You will need the original email address and passsword to access that part of the forum. Hope they are not lost on that dead laptop

Your account has a key for GenoPro 2011 starting with 5PR-CPE- -5257
If you download GenoPro 2011, it will work. For $15, you may upgrade your key for GenoPro 2020.
