None of the pictures that I added recently are showing up. I noticed this in red :Exception of type ; system out of Memory Exception was thrown.

Last night I rebooted the application pool of IIS because it was out of memory, maybe this was related. Can you try again?

I did try it today & didn't get the out of memory message like before. Thank you SO much. Can I ask another question? Is there a way to copy the Genogram to a DVD or a memory stick?

There are several options. Simple one is to use File/Export/Export Metafile. This will create an EMF file which can be put on memory stick etc. If you have problem displaying it then download IrfanView - but you probably have this as it is used in writing reports
