Is it possible to add a link and upload a couple of photos on the description part of the front page of the uploaded file and if so how thanks

You insert 'Custom Markup' into most text fields include the document description. In the Custom Markup Example report i have used this feature to document itself.

Alternatively you can prefix the document description with the Custom Markup Tag <?html?> and then follow with your own HTML tags.
