Registration Key no longer works.

I purchased GenoPro 2007 ver 2.0.0.6 in April 2018 and I still have the Purchase Receipt email with Registration Key. (It ends in -63075) 

I have been very happy with GenoPro, and recently on purchasing a new computer I have installed the program and was editing an existing file of some 120 people. When I went to save the file it said that I could not save it without either entering the Registration Key or obtaining an Evaluation Key.  Forgetting I had previously purchased GenoPro, I clicked on the Evaluation Key button and obtained and entered this temporary Key.

Now checking back and finding my earlier purchase, I attempted to ender my 'valid' key.  GenoPro now does not recognise the Registration Key.


I am still using the same email address as my original purchase. Am I expected to repurchase the program?

Will updating to the latest GenoPro version allow the Registration Key to work?

Hi All,

I took a chance and updated to GP2020 3.1.0.1 and magically the Registration Key was accepted ! Smile
