I purchased the GenoPro software on October 10, 2021 and have not received an email receipt. I checked my junk folder and it's not in there. Can you send one to me, please?

When you purchased GenoPro, the server GenoPro.com was unable to connect to the server 209.222.82.252. I just retried again and it worked. Can you please confirm you have received your receipt.

Thanks for your message. I have not gotten the email receipt that you resent. I have checked my inbox, my junk folder and the security cache that we use. It's not in any of those places.
