I was able to do it in the past on other computers. However, recently i gotten a new computer and installed genopro. I'm able to copy and paste within genopro however I no longer able to copy and paste in microsoft word. Does anyone has a solution to his issue?

This is more likely to be a problem with Word rather than GenoPro. e.g. try pasting into WordPad instead of Word. If this works then you need to look at your Word setup. Try 'googling' for 'unable to paste in Word', there are several potential issues that have been reported.

oh you are right! it seems to work in wordpad. Thanks for the suggestion! I shall look for the alternative solution that you have suggested instead.

Hoi, ik zit met hetzelfde probleem. Ik selecteer het opgemaakte genogram in genopro, maar deze komt niet volledig over in Word en Wordpad. Is er nog een andere mogelijkheid? Alvast bedankt.

Can you please try downloading and installing https://genopro.com/download/InstallGenoPro.2022.exe and let me know if the fix is working? If it works, I will publish an official update about this.
