hello, in july 2013 i was creating a genogram with genopro. today i bought genopro, but it is not able to open. but this was the main reason for buying it. can you help me? What can i do?

Your file was produced by GenoGraph (see https://www.klaus-wessiepe.de/download) not GenoPro !
Here is what it looks like under GenoGraph:  However, GenoGraph does allow you to export your data in GedCom format. I did this and produced RONNY GENOGRAMM2.ged and loaded this file into GenoPro producing:  This can be saved as a GenoPro .gno file
