Good afternoon,

Help needed. Part of the dates of birth and dates of death are displayed in the format 26.08.1878, and part 1 Oct 1874. How to bring it to one format (26.08.1878) http://support.genopro.com/Uploads/Images/218f5a65-5ef9-45a7-bf31-57f0.JPGand so that the format does not change arbitrarily? Thanks.

GenoPro uses whatever 'Short Date' format you have in your Windows Settings, so for say 26.08.1878 set as follows:

Not sure how you managed to get the two different date formats on one genogram, unless perhaps you have American date format mm.dd.yyyy so GenoPro sees 28.08.1874 as an invalid date?

The dates appear in a different format, sometimes even to me, when genopro is left open for several days, suspending only the PC, withoutever closing Genopro.

Probably upon reopening, some default parameters are restored.

It solves the problem by closing Genopro and then reopening the file.gno: the dates will be right again.Smile

greetings.
