Genopro does not load this family tree properly - the first picture is only a section of the file as you can see no relationships are shown 
the file loads in "My Family tree" from the windows store and show a graphical tree second picture

Maybe you have the 'Skip AutoArrange' option set?

If unset then the file does import, albeit a tad too complex a structure for GenoPro's auto arrange, so the usual spaghetti is produced.
