I can't see on the dashboard where tyo go to delete an old online report - it is from 2017, and I can get to it just searching on google but I can't see anywhere that I can manage that report at all.

An anyone hlep? I am currently using the 2020 verison.

You may have deleted the report using http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx
However it might still be in the cache on your PC. Depending on the system and browser there are different ways of clearing the cache; Ctrl+ F5 often works.
The other thing is that Google also caches web sites and you have to wait until they update this

  • To manage/delete your reports go to link given by Appleshaw then scroll down to online publications then click view/hide for list of reports.

Thank you for takign the time to reply.

It isn't a cache problem - I can navigate to the online report using different browsers.

I think my problem is that on the "dashboard" page of my profile, for ht elife of me I can not see a place that allows me to manage reports! I can see a thing for registration keys and e-mail and my perosnal detials, but nothign about managing online reports.

Can someone share a screenshot of what I should see?

Thnaks so much for helping me with this.

When I look at the directory of public reports on familytrees.genopro.com I do not see any reports under your user ID 1735249.

If you have any your profile page should look like
