Hi, how do I find my genogram online. Something is happening with my computer and I am not able to get into my genogram that I have been creating. Any advice is much appreciated

My recommendation would be to search on your computer.

Go to the File menu and select the menu item Find. The Find dialog will search all GenoPro files in all your drives and folders. If there are any GenoPro files there, the Find dialog will find them.

Your GenoPro account has a few backups, but they are recent of a few days.
