HI,
There is no error anymore but it doesn't process the request. You click the Join Academic Program but it doesn't do anything. Is there a number to call ? I have course I am prepping for January and want to use introduce this software to the university through this course.

There is a bug in the application for the academic program: if a professor was already approved, then the new application is ignored. Once approved, your academic referrer ID is valid for your lifetime. The developer who wrote this code should have put a message that the syllabus has been previously approved.

I submitted an academic application for GenoPro for the 180 day license. I received a registration key for 16 days. I use GenoPro every year in my family therapy class for students to create and share their genograms, and have always received the 180 day license. I'm not sure what happened? I'm not sure what to do.

The server GenoPro.com gives one academic key per year per email address, so it is possible you requested an academic key during the cooldown period and therefore your received a key of 14 days. One workaround is to use another email address.
