I completed your purchase form by email.

Hello, I have the free 14 day activation key, after the 14 days expires, is the data lost if I don't buy a licence straightaway? for example, if I didn't purchase a licence until 2 months later, will I still be able to access the file I've already created?? Also, I'm not clear - when you pay for a licence, is this an annual cost or a one-off fee? and what happens if I have to change laptops, will I have to purchase another licence or will my existing licence activation key continue to work? thanks

GenoPro does not delete any data under any circumstances. Even without a registration key you can open, view, print and generate reports on any GenoPro (.gno) document.

What the key does is allow you to save family trees larger than 25 individuals. When a temporary key expires and you attempt to save a family tree larger than 25 individuals, then GenoPro will suggest you to purchase a permanent key.

All licenses of GenoPro 2020 are perpetual. You pay once and the key is valid forever for you (1 user) for all the computer(s) you personally use (home, work), present and future.

can I please get a contact phone number as I need to understand who has access in our program and if we can lock areas.

Our phone number is +1-877-GENOPRO (+1-877-436-6776). Considering you are in Australia, I would recommend communicating by email.
