Hi all, first post ...Ive been using Genopro 2011 for 10 years since 2013 and thinking of upgrading to 2016 version...is there a big difference and is it worth it . Or is there another version coming out soon. It wont mess up my cureent family tree will it in any way?

wow, that's impressive I haven't seen that old version, I only tried 2021.
A suggestion though: perhaps you'd want to install a newer version on a separate PC? Just to check it out and compare...
Btw why 2016, not 2021?

It has always been possible to use an old Genopro tree in later vesrsions - right back to version 1 (last century!) With the older versions you need to export to xml format which the new program will import and make any conversions needed. Not sure if your upgrade would even need that although it would not hurt making the export, which will be a backup BTW do you use online backup to store your file? It is a bonus many people overlook
