The translation of the place categories into German contains a serious error. I realized this when I changed the display language of GenoPro and the hierarchy between the countries and their subdivisions was upside down.
The country (such as USA, Germany, Switzerland etc.) is confused with the federal state, the first administrative division of a country (such as Arizona, Bavaria).
"Country" is mistakenly translated as "Land (Bundesland / Stadtstaat)", but should be "Staat / Republik".
"State" is mistakenly translated as "Staat / Republik", but should be "Land (Bundesland / Stadtstaat)". °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Die Übersetzung der Ortskategorien ins Deutsche enthält einen schwerwiegenden Fehler. Das Land (wie USA, Deutschland Schweiz etc.) wird mit dem Bundesland, der ersten administrative Einteilung eines Landes (wie Arizona, Bayern), verwechselt.
"Country" ist irrtümlich als "Land (Bundesland / Stadtstaat)" übersetzt, aber sollte "Staat / Republik" sein.
