The Report Skin Template 'Save All GenoMaps to Disk' works fine for me, so perhaps the error is down to differences in your GenoPro version/istallation or Windows.

A bit of a long shot but there are a few reports on the net regarding 'class not registered' that are to do with Windows picture handling, specifically the default app for opening pictures. Try this solution posted here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/class-not-registered-error-for-pictures-with/e737c708-2e10-4c87-8777-e990a89502f1?page=7

SOLUTION: I pressed START-->ALL APPS-->PHOTOS. Once the program opened once, some setting somewhere got fixed and double clicking on a jpg file worked again. The OPEN WITH menu changed to have PAINT and PHOTOS as the first two options. TWINUI does not appear in the list anymore.

p.s. the report skin template you are using does not generate HTML other than an index page for the .emf files that it produces containing images of the genomaps.

Use the Report Skin Template {EN} Narrative Report to produce a multi page interactive HTML web site of all your GenoPro data.
