I downloaded the trial version of GenPro on 9/16/2016 and then decided to buy a single user license. The problem is I cannot access what I bought. I deleted the trial version and have tried to install the version so I can add my key and move forward. Each time I try to download the new version, I continue to get the trial. It does not allow me to run the complete version and insert my access key. Help

The trial version is the same as the full version, it is just not registered. So in GenoPro, click Help then About GenoPro. You an enter your key there.
