Hi I am a new user My procedure is 1. finish the diagram which has 4 levels grandparents, parents, children, grandchildren 2. from the menu select Edit, select all 3. from the menu, edit, copy 4. in powerpoint, paste to a blank slide 5. the result is either (1) I get an empty rectangle or (2) I only get the left half of the genogram [The same problem occurs when I paste to a word document]. 6. I use windows 10. When i use the Windows Snipping tool I can successfully copy the genogram and paste it (PS It makes no difference I have page layout turned on or off) Your assistance would be appreciated Warm regards/gary

Just curious why you're trying to paste it into PowerPoint or Word? To print it? Email it? As part of a presentation or write up?
You can print it directly to a PDF file with PrimoPDF or another similar application. I use the Snipping Tool as well if I just want to grab a small piece of my tree.
