Platform: W10, 64 bit, GenoPro 3.1.0.1, skin NL-BE 2025-03 based on English version 2025-03-30.
- I tried to generate a new version of a narrative report consisting of about 5600 individuals and 2000 families.
- The destination on Familytrees is different from the previous version of the report (due to the "-new" suffix). The idea was to test a few things out before going live. So, at the first run, we were not over-writing anything.
- The first errors I got was
[3749.06] Unable to write file 'Lambregt-PieterJoannes-ind06088.htm'. Error: Session has been lost or not found. You need to call Login again. (HyperData Error -1001: ErrSessionLost) - Followed by
Unable to write file 'family-HippolyteLeopoldBeyenAndEugeniaElodiaVerbanck-fam00022.htm'. Unable to write file 'family-EngelbertusLudovicusBeyenAndAnnaMarieJosephineAntoniaBoels-fam00029.htm'. Unable to write file 'family-EngelbertusLudovicusBeyenAndJeannetteMarieBoels-fam00386.htm'. Unable to write file 'source-source00196.htm'. Unable to write file 'picture-pic00564.htm'. Unable to write file 'sources.htm'. Unable to write file 'http://familytrees.genopro.com/Nand/SDBB-Public-New/media/Staes-Degrave1.jpg'.
- It is not always the same files that cause the error
run 1: ind06088, fam00022, fam00029, fam00386 run 2: ind06088, fam00022, fam00029, fam00386, source00196, pic00564 - Attached is the log file of the second run. I only have a few screen shots of the first run.
- When I generate the report locally (to a folder on a separate disk) no errors are signaled.
I have seen a few other posts related to HyperData Error -1001, but in my case the session initialization was OK. It's only on specific files that it goes wrong.
Any ideas?

After 6 runs (each one taking about 2 hours) I finally managed to get a version published on Familytrees. In the different attemps, the number of errors varied, but strangely enough they always started with an error message related to the same file, 'Lambregt-PieterJoannes-ind06088.htm'. This a small 25KB file. I checked on the Familytrees side, and the file is there with a corresponding size. Question 1 - Is there a way to find out if all is correct now? Ideally I would like to be able to compare the files generated and published on Familytrees with those generated on a local machine. What about an "integrity checker"? Question 2 - I do not fully understand the 'connection lost' error message: "Error: Session has been lost or not found. You need to call Login again." I presume this should read as "Session has been lost or [file] not found." And who needs to "call Login again". Or is it "calling login again".
