Please find attached a jpeg screenshot of my wife's Ancestors' Tree.

I am obviously doing something wrong as on a previous occasion the treee printed out perfectly.

Thank you for your reply.

I have tried hovering the mouse over the subject and Genopro tells me that the entry has two children. From that I presume that the entry is a parent.

You probably have an incorrect pedigre link, such as a child link instead of a parent link.  Use the mouse and hover it over each pedigree link and read the tooltip.  The tooltip will tell you whatever the pedigree link represent a parent or a child.

When attempting to produce an ancestors' tree for one particular entry all that happens is that all the information that is selected is on the same line as the entry eg. brother, brother's wives and their children. On trying all other entries, the ancestors' tree is produced A OK.

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks
