Connect all of them to each other M-F1 M-F2 F1-F2...  and manualy arrange so all relationships are visible. As simple as that... I doubt that there is some genealogical rule depicting such situation.

I am doing a project and need to depict a triad (2 females and 1 male) that all cohabitate and are "engaged" for lack of better word. What is the best way to depict this in this program?
