In previous
beta versions
of GenoPro, I was able to open an
individual
's HTML file and edit using MS Word or even the editor built into Netscape. However with the
new version
, whenever I open an individual's file, I am brought to the main
page
of the
report
that displays most popular family names and most popular
places
with the individuals listed on the left hand side of the screen. This does this for ALL individuals in the report no matter who's page I try to open individually. When I right-click on a name to open in a new window, the new window opens to he main page of the report that displays most popular family names and most popular places with the individuals listed on the left hand side of the screen as well. I have a need to edit individual pages, and this functionality seems to have been taken away with GP2007. Is there a work around to this problem?
Thanks,
Tony

Right click on the file without opening it and select "open with" and choose notepad or what ever software you want to use. This is what I always do to work on the
source
