E-mail today said that if I had previously purchased the software I would be able to download 2007. When I try to do so and put in my Registration Key I'm told it has expired. The software I purchased came on a disk inside the box I purchased; it was NOT an evaluation download. What to do; what to do? Unsure

Can you tell me where you purchased GenoPro and at what price?  There is only one place to purchase a permanent registration key for GenoPro, and it is at https://www.genopro.com/buy/.

Someone may sell a shareware CD containing GenoPro for a few dollars, however this price is mostly to cover the cost of producing the CD.  Computer magazines and genealogy magazines frequently distribute GenoPro on CDs, however purchasing a magazine with a CD bundled with GenoPro does not entitles you a permanent registration key of GenoPro 2007 with technical support.

Every shareware CD of GenoPro includes a usable copy of GenoPro.  If you purchased GenoPro from Amazon.com or CompUSA.com, you will get a copy of GenoPro not requiring any evaluation key.  Of course, if you upgrade to GenoPro 2007, you will need a registration key.

My purchase was from Circuit City and the price before taxes was $69.99.

Another problem I am having is that when I go back to my "tree" work the program constantly tells me that I am not connected to the internet; I know I am so connected.

Are you sure you purchased GenoPro, or you purchased some other genealogy software?
