I have many different medical conditions that I want to display for each person.  It seems like there are very limited options.  It looks like 6 is the most conditions that can be displayed for each person.  Four colors in quarters, an outline color and a fill color.  Is there some way to show more?

With all the colors, 4 quadrants, inner color and border color the number of possiblity if pretty high.

How many different medical conditions do you have?

diabetes
hypoglycemia
hypertension
heart disease
stroke
allergies
asthma
parathyroid
thyroid
migraines
cancer
colitis
ibs
depression
mental illness

That's just a start.  I have a huge family that I'm trying to chart the relationships and the conditions.  The problem is that any given person may have a bunch of these.  And it looks like you can only show 6 conditions for each person at a time.

Jean-Claude, the problem is not the number of possibilities, but the number of possibilities that you can attach to ONE individual.

If you allocate the red left-top quadrant to disease X and blue left-top quadrant to disease Y how you can mark an individual who suffers bot X and Y?

One way is to list them in the comment field, either one per line or otherwise, and then set top label Display to Comment using the Menu bar Display option. e.g.

or list them in a custom tag and set Menu Display option to this custom tag name and set the Menu Display/Display Lines option to the maximum of 7. e.g.

N.B. I used ALT + Num Pad 0160 to get non-breaking spaces in heart disease and mental illness

You could also use hyperlinked copies of individuals as hyperlinks have their own display properties. This also allows separate medical symbols. e.g.

Here I have linked the hyperlinks with a Social Relationship, which has a Comment or  'Data tip' with further info.
