If the .pdf is only way your family is willing to use, there is an option to "print to pdf. But you should yous some program capable of emulating Pdf printer as "Adobe Acrobat" or free option like "Cute Pdf". Both programs will install pdf printer drivers and only thing you should do afterwards is to select that driver in printing options in stead of default printer. Then, when you decide to print out document it will propt you for destination file name... And your document will be saved as Pdf!

Any other suggestions for my being able to e-mail my family tree to someone who does not have GenoPro on their computer?

Install GenoPro.  GenoPro is like Acrobat Reader; you can view, print and generate reports without a registration key.  You need a registration key for saving trees larger than 25 individuals.  GenoPro requires less than 2 MB of disk space, including sample files.

There have been several postings on this forum about making text printouts from GenoPro. Essentially they are based on using the Report Generator ged skin to get a file that you can import into a free program, such as PAF or Legacy6. These have good report options and then a free pdf writer, such as CutePDF will give you an alternative way of getting output

Hi.

Does anyone know if I can save my GenoPro file as (or publish to) an e-mailable .pdf file?

Any other suggestions for my being able to e-mail my family tree to someone who does not have GenoPro on their computer?

Thank you.
