Hi,

When I use Web Publishing option pictures associated with individuals do not upload. At the same time pictures associated with relationship do upload. What I am doing wrong?

Are all your pictures in the same directory?  They should be in a folder called 'pictures' in the folder that Genopro resides in.

Otherwise you can specify the directory by changing the value of _PathPictures in Config.xml of the skin you are using to generate the report.

Check the following location on the pictures to ensure they are from the same directory.  Note: the directory can be changed via the program rather than picture by picture if you find this to be the problem.

Hi,

It didn't help. All my pictures are in the same directory.

The pictures do not appear to be uploaded.  Under TOOLS, select FLUSH CACHED PICTURE PROPERTIES and generate the report again. Given that all pictures are in the same and correct directory, they should all upload correctly.

Hi again,

I flush the properties as you suggested. Nothing has changed. In report file I still get only 3 pictures uploaded instead of 7.

"[315.65] Writing pictures to report (3)..."

I do not know if this is ok, but I have created folder Pictures in the folder with my .gno file not where the program is. Is that right?

Yes, if all the pictures are all in the same folder, and properly referenced in Genopro, then they will all upload.

Go to FILE, then PROPERTIES, and look under the 'statistics' tab. It should show 7 pictures.

I think it's much more simpler then that...

Have you checked on privacy settings prior to publishing...

You might have high level of privacy set which doesn't allow you to post pictures!

Pooky - PM me or mail me on your mother tongue or english if you can't find a way through settings...

Hi,

Poolzone is right, Files/Properties shows 3+4 pictures.

I have enclosed my Privacy setings, I think it is ok.

Please refer to http://support.genopro.com/Topic16033-59-1.aspx?Highlight=privacy

There appears to be an error in the privacy setting that will allow some photos , whilst not allowing others.  It is due to be fixed soon. It seems your intention is not to exclude them anyway, so remove the privacy settings from the report generator and all should be well. Or else use Ron's changes to the report files.

Ron's suggestion didn't work. I managed to have the pictures only by removing privacy settings. But as you know, once you remove them then all the data becomes visible. Hopefuly, this error will be fixed soon.

Thanks for your advice
