Yes, I can print from all other programs. It gives me the illegal operation message right after I click the "OK" button on the print screen. It thinks for a second and then the error message pops up.GENOPRO caused a general protection fault
in module DIBENG.DLL at 0003:00003220.

Can you print other documents? For instance are you able to print from notepad or a word processor?Can you specify where you get the 'illegal operation'? Is it during the print preview, is it while clicking on the Print button or somewhere else. Can you copy/paste the entire error message?

Every time I try to print a genogram I get the "illegal operation and the software will be shutdown" message. I need to print these files for a school project urgently. I even tried reinstalling genopro and I am still getting the same message. In the details section it says there is a .dll error.Please help, my project is already late because I can't print them!
