Can't print files, get illegal operation message

Forum Newbie Forum Members GenoPro version: 2.0.0.4 Last Login: Sunday, May 6, 2007 Posts: 2, Visits: 2	Every time I try to print a genogram I get the "illegal operation and the software will be shutdown" message. I need to print these files for a school project urgently. I even tried reinstalling genopro and I am still getting the same message. In the details section it says there is a .dll error. Please help, my project is already late because I can't print them!
