Genopro 2.0 seems unable to display more than one line of information in addition to name, even if the gender box is turned off (which would provide the room for a second line of info to show). True? Is it EITHER dates or Tag, but not both?

At the moment, GenoPro can only display one tag at the time.  The feature to display multiple tags will be available in the future.
