Get an evaluation key blocked by firewall

Author The server name cannot be resolved, please verify your internet connectin and firewall setings.

When I click on "Get Evaluation Key now" i get the message:
"Unable to send your registration to GenoPro.com.  The server name cannot be resolved, please verify your internet connectin and firewall setings."  I don't know how to do the latter

This is probably your firewall software blocking GenoPro from accessing the Internet.  Typically a firewall will ask you if you authorize GenoPro to access the Internet.  In the meantime, you are welcome to use the following evaluation key: 9Rs-G2U-AHF-HGJ-TMP.
