This seems to be a very basic question - I have spent a long time making up a Geno chart and I cannot see how or where I can find it. I am sure it wasn't deleted but how do I see it? There seems to be no "button" to locate an index of saved files; though I am sure there is somewhere. HELP???

You should have your file listed at the end of the File menu.

Otherwise, search your HD: *.gno

Thanks JC

I tried both suggestions. There is an old version of the chart at the bottom of the file list but the one I spent a lot of time on seems to have disappeared!!

I thought it was saved. Could I have lost it? Or is there a way of checking for this?

Be most grateful for any suggestions.

Denis

Not promising.

1) did you name your file? if yes, do a search on the name.
2) did you run a report? if yes, Genopro may have created a .xml or a .ged file?
3) did you explore your Recycle bin, in case you deleted it?.
4) the last resort is to download from the net a 'Free File Recovery' Utility Tool. I saw a few on my search result list. Install the tool and check/scan your HD. You may see your file (if you saved it) providing it has not been overwritten (even part of) by another newer file!.
