Bonjour,

I've in my fammily tree, one daughter who got a child with his father (is married with the mother), so there was incest. The daughter became married with a guy later.

How to build this relation ?

Thank you

Emmanuel (France)

First, you create a family as if the daugher would have had a child from her man.  Let's call him Z as in Figure 1.  Figure 1 represents a typical family.

Then, select the Father, click on the toolbar button Sexual Abuse (the double-line in blue).  Move the mouse over the Daughter to create a sexual abuse emotional relationship.  Double-click on the family relationship Daughter and Z, type "Incest" as the display text and select Rape / Force relationship as the relation.

Next, delete Z, right-click on Father and select Link as Parent.  Move the mouse until you reach the Incest relationship.  At this point, you should have something similar as Figure 2 which shows a case of incest.

Since the Daughter married, then click on the Daughter, press F to bring the Family Wizard and enter Guy as the husband.  When you click on OK, you should get something like figure 3.  I have included the .gno file so you can see details how to do it.

If you double-click on the Child in Figure 3, you should see the following Family properties.  Notice the mother of the child (named Daughter) is also the half-sibling of her Child.

If you separate the marriage lines, it is even clearer. First delect the line and move it down

Then extend the line. Sorry these images have gone in the wrong order

You are right.  Here is another example of the same situation, however with a different layout.

...one daughter who got a child with his father (is married with the mother)...

I will supose that "if the father is married with the mother" he is not the real father of this daughter....
